At first glance, the 27 club is like a social club for single men and women, aged 27. Nothing wrong about it, right? Wrong. Everything about this club is creepy enough to scare the living daylights out of you. The 27 club is a group of musicians, including guitarists, who died at the age 27. Whether the death was natural or intentional, it does not matter. Majority of these artists died of drug – related deaths, suicide and other gruesome way of snuffing it. Members are all notable musicians in the rock music industry. Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Jim Morrison, Brian Jones, Kurt Cobain and many others. Most of them are guitar players. The mystery behind this is still unexplained. I don’t care if they don’t explain it, it is creepy.

Jimi Hendrix died of drug overdose. He choked on his own vomit at the age of 27. Rolling stones founder, Brian Jones drowned in a swimming pool and died, also at the age of 27. Janis Joplin, drug – overdose, age 27; and of course, who doesn’t know about Kurt Cobain. Committed suicide by shooting his head with a shotgun. Age? 27. Now, I don’t freaking know why this guys do this but it certainly freaks me out. However, you don’t have to quit being a guitarist or an artist. All you have to do is, stay safe, don’t do drugs, pray and believe in God, and have a positive outlook in life. Live, Love and be loved. You don’t have to be a suicidal, depressed weirdo to be a rock star or something. Look at Dave Matthews, Jack Johnson and others. They’re all normal but they definitely rock.
